How to order: We ask for at least 1 week in advance for custom orders for all wood, engraving, and sublimation. It can take a few days to get the supplies in; depending on shipping, it might take more than a day. For example, if we do not have the size or specific cup in stock you are looking for on sublimation items, it usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive once ordered, and then it takes two business days to be made. The same goes for any other sublimation item, wind spinners, puzzles, passport photos, ornaments, etc. For anything wood-related, we buy our wood in Indianapolis from our lumber guy; we would need to confirm with him when he is available and in the shop to be able to run out and get what we need for the project, which is usually almost every day except Sundays. With custom wood products, we typically schedule a consult with our clients to sit down and draw out what they are looking for before proceeding and starting the project; we will also go over a time frame and price. For laser items, depending on whether it is a wood item or a glass item, we build the file before printing onto the item; we always confirm the design with our clients before the printing process starts. If it is a glass item, we can get it within two to three business days. Depending on the design of the print, it can take anywhere from 1 hour at a minimum to 5 hours to design and anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours tops (so far) to print onto the item. All orders must be sent here on our website or to m2creativeconcepts@gmail.com. For Payment options, we will need a deposit to get it started unless you choose to pay all upfront. We would need half down to begin your project and the rest at pick-up or delivery unless we are shipping. Then, it would be half down to start the project, and the other half is due once completed. Then, we will charge for shipping once the item is completed.
